Our products and services are grouped into two main categories:

1. Printing

Our products include offset printing for CD and cassette labels, posters, calendars, and software CD packaging. We are compliant to the standards of the international recording companies such as Universal Music and Sony Music Entertainment. We pride ourselves as printer of labels for original CD and cassette only.

2. Finishing

(a) Print-laminating There are 2 types of print-laminating. Matt-laminating and gloss-laminating can protect the printed surface to be more durable. The added advantage of using gloss-laminating is to create a glossy effect. Additionally, there are 2 types of laminating process. The conventional process uses chemical compound to stick a thin plastic layer onto the printed surface to achieve laminating effect. The thermal process applies heat on a thin adhesive plastic layer to laminate the printed surface. This process produces better laminating effect and is environmentally friendly as well. Hence, this method is opted to comply with the exporting markets' standards such as Europe and the U.S.

(b) Ultra-gloss UV varnishing The printed surface is applied with a layer of shiny varnish, which is cured using UV light. This protects the printed surface and makes it shiny. (c) Spot UV- varnishing Uses the same concept as (b) but it is used to highlight certain areas of the printed surface.

 

 

(d) Hi-Gloss Water based coating Water based varnish is applied on the printed surface. It is more environmentally friendly and thus opted by the food industry to overcome consumer health concerns. (e) Window laminating This is mainly catered to the packaging industry. For example, a certain part of the product packaging is designed to be transparent to allow consumers to see the physical outlook of the product. (f) Foil blocking A very thin metal or plastic sheet is peeled of and used to block gold or silver letters on the printed surface. Heat is applied to stamp foil on the letters.
